This is for you if you want a kick start to a healthier you. You have always wanted to start a healthy lifestyle but overwhelmed and do not where to start. You need some structure and guidance. You have also tried so many restrictive diets and workouts on your own in the past and it didn’t work to the point where you are frustrated and hopeless. You need support, motivation and accountability from an expert and being in a group of like-minded people who are in the same journey as yours. This is a foundation programme to support you on your path to better health, more energy, feeling lighter and happier.

WHAT TIME?: 9am (London Time), 1pm (Dubai time), 5pm (Manila time)

**If there will be joiners from the US, I will add another time slot to cater to US people

US Clients Timing: 3pm (London Time), 7pm (UAE time), 11pm (Manila time), 7am (Los Angeles time), 9am (Houston time), New York (10am)

WHO WILL BE THERE?: Small group of like-minded people ( minimum of 10, maximum of 20 people) who have the same goal

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • 4 Weekly group coaching session via zoom– Fundamentals of nutrition

  • Weekly personalized dietary analysis – to know which nutrient you are missing in your diet and start incorporoting these food sources in your weekly meal plan

  • Guidance on your optimum calorie intake based on your age, height, activity level to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way – ideally 1lb a week

  • Create small weekly healthy habits that will lead to great results at the end of the program & cultivate discipline through accountability

  • Learning from other members of the group through discussion after the end of each coaching session

  • Access to a private WhatsApp Group where you will get support on a daily basis

  • Plenty of Nutrition Fact sheets leaving you more inspired!
